server
- Execute bin/dialburn-server on a box to serve as a beacon to all dialburn boxes

- Under said number's management, configure the dialburn-server box as a webhook (default port is '37373', default path being '/shut/it/down/charlie/brown', you can change these in common/globals.go, why didn't i implement a loadable config? fuck you that's why)
