a2295d1cfc
1) Directly render characters to canvas DC w/ clipping. 2) Fix background colour toolbar icon bitmaps. 3) Line tool: correctly set brush colours whenever updated. 4) Line tool: fix artifacts bug. 5) Render tool cursor transparently at opacity 200 (out of 255.) assets/text/TODO: updated.
