libgui/GuiCanvasWxBackend.py:getDeviceContext(): return ClientDC() if viewRect > (0, 0)
libgui/GuiCanvasWxBackend.py:onPanelPaintEvent(): blit subset of canvasBitmap into BufferedPaintDC() if viewRect > (0, 0).
